Before you tap delete

If a balance exists, request it. Deleting first can turn a simple payout into a support novel.

The generic in-app path

Account or settings. Privacy or delete. Confirm. Save the email or screen that says the request was received. If the menu is missing, that absence belongs in the operator ticket.

What may remain

Operators often keep records they are required to keep. Deletion is a stop on future play, not a promise that history never existed.

Wallet first is not greed

Asking for a payout before deletion is housekeeping. People who delete first then remember a balance create tickets that last weeks. If the balance is money you are allowed to claim, claim it, then erase.

When the menu is missing

Write that sentence in the operator ticket. 'There is no delete control in the account menu on the date I looked.' Attach a screenshot of the menu you do see. Absence is easier to prove than a feeling.

Devices and leftover sessions

Sign out everywhere you can. Remove the app. Clear the browser session. Deletion on one phone does not always kill a tablet you forgot in a drawer.

Records that remain

Operators often keep what the law tells them to keep. Do not expect a poetic vanishing. Expect a stop on future play and a residual file you cannot see.

If someone else used your KYC

That is a care ticket and possibly a police matter. It is not a how-to. Do not try to 'just delete' your way out of a borrowed identity. Say what happened.

The order of operations

Balance you can lawfully claim. Then the operator menu. Then a written confirmation. Then sign-out on every device you remember. Reversing the order is how people write tickets that last a month.

Menus that hide behind new names

Delete may sit under privacy, safety, account, or a trash icon with no word. Search the settings list slowly. If you cannot find it, that absence is the ticket. Do not let a missing word convince you that deletion is impossible. Do not let it convince you that a stranger on chat can do it for you either.

Confirmations you should keep

A mail, a ticket number, a screen that says the request was received. Keep them outside the app you are trying to leave. If the app vanishes, you still need the receipt.

Other devices

A tablet in a drawer, a browser on a work laptop, a saved password in a family profile. Sign-out is part of deletion even when the operator's eraser has already run. Leftover sessions are how people think they deleted and then get an OTP at dinner.

What the law may require them to keep

Transaction records, identity checks, dispute files. Deletion is often a stop on future play plus a residual store you cannot see. Expecting poetic vanishing sets you up for anger that does not help the ticket.

Borrowed KYC

If someone else used your documents, say that plainly to the operator and, if needed, to the police. 'Just delete' is the wrong tool for a stolen name. It can even look like you are hiding the event.

This publication's limit

We cannot press the operator's button. We cannot certify that a delete finished. We can tell you the generic order and send you to customer care with a packet.

After you leave

Remove the app. Clear the bookmark if it tempts you. If you later return, you are starting a new decision, not continuing an old one. Write a new box. Do not inherit the old chase.
