The boundary is yours

Cover the phone. Push the deck to the far edge.

A product feature list cannot own a stop. Time, stake, stop and cool-off are reader work, even when a client also offers a switch.

Time

Write the end of the sit before the first deal. A kitchen timer is more honest than a feeling. When the timer ends, the listing closes. Extending 'just one deal' is how evenings disappear.

Stake

Write tonight's box in a notebook you can see. When the box is gone, the sit is over. Borrowing the next day's box is a new decision, not a continuation.

Stop

Stop is a verb you can perform without a menu. Close the tab. Turn the phone face down. Leave the room. If you need a menu to stop, the control is already too late.

Cool-off

Cool-off is a planned absence after a stop. Hours or days, written down. If Easywin offers a product switch, use it and still keep the written absence. If it does not, the written absence still stands.

Independent helplines

These services are independent of Easywin. Numbers were checked on 16 August 2026. If a line fails, use the organisation site, not a remembered poster.

Family-side grid

Device: shared passwords and app locks. Bank: transaction alerts on a second phone. ISP or hotspot: a conversation about evening hours. Conversation: one specific incident, not a personality theory.

Stop-rule questions

Does Easywin offer a cool-off switch?

Unknown on this desk. Own the control even if the product does not.

Which helplines are named?

iCALL (9152987821) and Vandrevala Foundation (+91 9999 666 555), re-checked 16 August 2026.

Is this an Easywin feature list?

No. The boundary is the reader's work.

What should a family do first?

Device, bank alerts, and a conversation. Not a lecture copied from a poster.

Can I play to recover a loss?

That is the chase. Close the listing.

Where is the legal note?

On the legal scope route. This note is about stopping.

Writing the box where you can see it

A box that lives only in your head will be renegotiated after a near-win. Paper on the table is harder to lie to. Write the time and the stake. Put the paper under the tea glass. When the glass moves, the sit is over.

Helplines are not a product feature

iCALL and Vandrevala exist whether Easywin exists or not. They are for distress, not for resetting a password. If you need operator care, do not call a counsellor to escalate a ticket. If you need a counsellor, do not open a second table first.

A family conversation that names one incident

'You always play too much' is a personality theory. 'Tuesday after 11 the UPI alert fired four times' is an incident. Incidents can be discussed. Theories become fights. The family grid starts with an incident, a device, and a bank alert.

Cool-off as a calendar entry

A cool-off that is only a feeling will end when boredom arrives. Put it on a calendar. Tell one person. If a product switch exists, use it as well. Two locks are better than a mood.

Why this route has no play button

A stop note that ends in PLAY NOW is not a stop note. The next door is legal scope or customer care or a helpline. The listing can wait.

If the next friction is statute language, open legal scope. If it is a human conversation, use a helpline.

This route carries no play button. That is deliberate.

Paper under a glass

A box that lives in the head will be renegotiated after a near-win. Paper under a tea glass is harder to lie to. When the glass moves, the sit is over.

If someone laughs at the paper, let them. Their laugh is not a rule.

Timers that you did not invent after a loss

Set the timer before the first deal. A timer set after a loss is a scold you will ignore. Kitchen timers are underrated because they are ugly and honest.

Phones can also timer. If the phone is the problem, use the kitchen.

Helplines are for distress

iCALL and Vandrevala are not operator care. Do not call a counsellor to unlock a wallet. Do not open a second table instead of calling a counsellor if you are not safe.

Numbers were checked on 16 August 2026. If a line fails, use the organisation site.

Family talks that name Tuesday

'You always play too much' starts a fight. 'Tuesday after 11 the UPI alert fired four times' starts a conversation. Bring the alert. Bring one incident. Leave the personality theory at the door.

Device locks and bank alerts are part of that talk. They are not punishments. They are instruments.

Cool-off on a calendar

A feeling ends when boredom arrives. A calendar entry ends when the date ends. Tell one person. If a product switch exists, use it too. Two locks beat a mood.

If you break the cool-off, write that down as well. Hiding the break teaches the next break.

Why there is no play button here

A stop note that ends in PLAY NOW is a joke at the reader's expense. The next door is legal scope, customer care, or a helpline.

If you came here from a chase, you are allowed to close the whole site. That counts as success.

Teaching a household without humiliation

One incident, one device change, one bank alert. Humiliation makes people hide the next sit. Hidden sits are more expensive.

If you are the person who sits, you can start the talk yourself. That is not weakness. It is ownership.

Ugly tools work

Kitchen timers, paper, a glass. Pretty app gradients do not make a stop. If the phone is the problem, keep the tool off the phone. Ugly is a feature.

Incident, not identity

Tuesday's four alerts are discussable. 'You are an addict' may be a clinical sentence for a clinician, not for a kitchen at midnight. Start with the incident. Add a device change. Add a bank alert. Stop talking before humiliation starts.

Helplines again, in a different order

If you are not safe, helpline first, ticket later. If you are safe and angry, paper first, helpline if the anger does not come down. Operator care is a third thing and does not treat panic.

Cool-off breaches

If you break one, write the breach. Hidden breaches teach the next one. Visible breaches can be talked about. Shame hides. Paper unhides.

Closing the whole site

Allowed. Counts as success. A stop note that needs you to keep reading is a bad stop note. You can go. The sentences will remain.

Glass, paper, timer

Three ugly objects. If you need a fourth, add a person you told. A fourth app screen is usually a delay. Delay is how stops fail.

Success is leaving

If you closed the site, the note worked. Do not come back to finish a ritual. Rituals are how stops get undone.
